We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities/Maintenance Assistant to support our clients Facilities Department in maintaining and refreshing our manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in cleanliness and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Location: Nashua, NH

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general facility cleanup and organization
• Wipe down walls and surfaces
• Repaint floor-level beams (no high-access equipment required)
• Sweep floors and maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Support cleaning of equipment
• Help give the facility a fresh, updated appearance

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable using a 3-step ladder or rolling staircase
• Must wear steel toe shoes
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
